Summit Storm Football 21-7 Caldera

Summit football claimed a 21-7 road victory over Caldera on Friday night, traveling south from Bend, Oregon to secure a statement league win. The Storm controlled the game from start to finish, limiting the Lava Bears to a single score while putting up three touchdowns of their own in the convincing effort. The win moves Summit to 5-2 overall and a flawless 5-0 in conference play, a mark that puts the Storm in strong position as the league season approaches its final stretch. Holding Caldera to just seven points on the road speaks to a defense that has tightened up at exactly the right time of year. The Storm have now won back-to-back games and carry genuine momentum into the final weeks of the regular season. Summit will look to protect that perfect conference record when they return home next week, with playoff positioning very much on the line.
