La Pine Hawks Girls Soccer 0-5 Sweet Home

Sweet Home handed La Pine a 5-0 defeat in Mountain Valley Conference (3A) girls soccer Tuesday evening at La Pine, Oregon, dropping the Falcons to 1-11 overall and 0-10 in league play. The Huskies controlled the match from the opening whistle, building a multi-goal advantage that La Pine's defense was unable to overcome across 80 minutes. Without a detailed box score available, the scoreline tells the story clearly. Sweet Home was clinical in front of goal, and the Falcons were unable to generate the offensive response needed to stay in the contest. La Pine's lone win on the season shows the group has fight, and the closing stretch of the schedule offers one more opportunity to build on that. The Falcons will look to regroup and carry some positive momentum into their next matchup, with a chance to end the fall campaign on a stronger note and carry confidence into offseason preparation.
