La Pine Hawks Girls Soccer 0-8 Central Linn

Central Linn handed La Pine a decisive 8-0 defeat in girls soccer on Wednesday, October 7, as the La Pine squad made the road trip to face the hosts in Mountain Valley Conference (3A) play. The loss drops La Pine, based in La Pine, Oregon, to 1-10 overall and 0-9 in conference action this fall. Without a detailed box score available, the margin alone tells the story of a difficult night on the road, with Central Linn controlling the match from start to finish and keeping La Pine off the scoreboard entirely. It was a tough result for a La Pine side that has faced a challenging schedule throughout the 2026 season, going winless through nine league contests. The squad will look to regroup and find some positive momentum as the Mountain Valley Conference schedule winds toward its conclusion. La Pine's next opportunity to get back on track comes with upcoming action on the fall schedule.
