Sisters Outlaws Girls Volleyball 0-2 Valley Catholic

Valley Catholic handed the Sisters volleyball program a 2-0 defeat on Saturday, snapping a strong run for the Outlaws in non-league play. Sisters, which competes out of Sisters, Oregon, in the Oregon West Conference (4A), dropped the road match to the Valiants and fell to 8-3 on the season. The result was a setback, but Sisters entered the contest with genuine momentum, having built one of the stronger records in Central Oregon through the early weeks of the fall campaign. Facing Valley Catholic away from home presented a legitimate challenge, and the Valiants were sharp enough to close out both sets without giving the Outlaws a path back into either frame. A two-set loss on the road against quality opposition is not the kind of result that derails a season, particularly with conference play still very much in focus. Sisters will look to bounce back quickly and keep their Oregon West Conference standing intact as the schedule rolls into late September.
