About this camp
Led by Oregon Lightning Head Coach Chuck Jones and Oregon Lightning professional players and coaches, these camps provide youth athletes ages 5-14 with instruction in football fundamentals (throwing, catching, ball handling, defense), speed, agility, offensive and defensive concepts, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and healthy habits. Athletes are grouped by age and ability (5-9 and 10-14). Each day includes skill instruction, athletic performance training, competitions, team challenges, and scrimmages. Three weekly sessions run Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
